Yes. Vernon Lofts is a pet-friendly apartment community in Germantown. Dogs and cats are welcome, with a maximum of 2 pets per apartment. The pet costs are a $250 deposit per pet, a $250 fee per pet, and $25 monthly pet rent per pet. The standard weight limit is 50 pounds per pet, and pets over 45 pounds need written landlord approval. Exotic species aren’t allowed, and there are breed restrictions, including Pit Bull types, Rottweilers, Akitas, Dobermans, Mastiffs, Huskies, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Chow Chows, Saint Bernards, and Wolf Hybrids.
